Margot Robbie and Bradley Cooper have begun filming the untitled Ocean’s Eleven prequel in Paris, giving the first real look at the actors in the long-awaited addition to the heist franchise.

Set photos from August 18 showed Cooper and Monica Barbaro on set, while Robbie was also photographed in costume. The film, which has been in development since 2022, is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on June 25, 2027.

Cooper is taking on multiple roles behind and in front of the camera. He is writing, directing and starring in the film as Danny Ocean’s father, and was photographed behind the cameras. He joined the project after filmmaker Lee Isaac Chung stepped down earlier this year. Cooper was photographed on set wearing a headset, while Barbaro was seen having her hair adjusted by a member of the production crew and wearing a blue-and-white costume.

Robbie and Cooper are set to play Danny Ocean’s parents in the prequel. The story is set in the 1960s and follows Danny’s parents as they plan an elaborate heist at the Monaco Grand Prix. Robbie previously described the characters at CinemaCon as two masterminds who taught Danny everything he knows before he ever arrived in Las Vegas.

The project has been developing for several years. The film was first reported in 2022, when Robbie was attached to star and develop an original Ocean’s film set in the 1960s. Ryan Gosling was previously attached to the project before Cooper took over his role.

The current cast extends well beyond its two leads. Monica Barbaro joined the film in June, followed by Josh Gad in July. Vicky Krieps, George MacKay, Lauren Ridloff, Jack Holden and Omar Sy have also joined the cast, along with Wagner Moura. Moura will play a villain in the film.

Robbie is also producing the movie with her husband, Tom Ackerley, through their production company LuckyChap Entertainment. Behind the scenes, Michelle Graham, Gary Ross, Olivia Milch and Josey McNamara are executive producing, alongside Village Roadshow. The screenplay is written by Carrie Solomon, whose previous writing credits include the Netflix film A Family Affair, starring Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron.

The prequel is also being developed alongside a separate Ocean’s sequel involving George Clooney and members of the original cast, with production previously reported to be planned for late 2026.

Kylie Jenner Lands Her First Acting Role

Published

Kylie Jenner is set to star in Bachelorette Weekend, a new Hulu thriller that marks her first major scripted acting role. Jenner will play a bride whose bachelorette trip ends with her character being found murdered in a swimming pool. She will also executive produce the project alongside her sister, Kim Kardashian.

The series follows a group of women after the bride’s death, with her friends becoming suspects as the story examines what happened before the murder. Jenner’s character has been described as the series’ “North Star,” with her death setting the mystery in motion.

Bachelorette Weekend was created and written by Lauren Oliver and is based on an unpublished novel by Flora Collins. Kapital Entertainment is producing the project, with Jenner, Kardashian, Oliver and Aaron Kaplan among the executive producers. The series is nearing a series order at Hulu, but filming has not yet begun, and no release date has been announced.

The Hulu project follows Jenner’s acting debut in Charli XCX’s satirical film The Moment earlier this year. Jenner appeared as an exaggerated version of herself in the film, which marked her first acting experience.

Jenner has said she initially suggested the idea of appearing in The Moment to director Aidan Zamiri. She later expressed interest in taking on more acting roles, making Bachelorette Weekend a significant step into a fictional character rather than another appearance as herself.

Unlike The Moment, Jenner will play a fictional character in the Hulu thriller. Her role also puts her on the same production team as Kardashian, who is serving as an executive producer on the project.

In Bachelorette Weekend, Jenner’s character dies at the center of the story, leaving the women around her to face questions about what happened. The project will give Jenner her first substantial scripted role as she expands beyond reality television and her business ventures.

Meghan Markle Shares Rare Glimpse of Princess Lilibet’s Voice in New Home Video

Meghan Markle has given a rare glimpse into life at home with Princess Lilibet, sharing a new video in which her five-year-old daughter can be heard speaking while helping her make jam.

The moment appears in a new Instagram video Meghan posted on Tuesday, October 6, ahead of the release of the first part of As Ever’s 2026 holiday collection. The video follows Meghan’s journey from her childhood interest in small businesses to the development of her lifestyle brand, combining old photographs with new footage from her work on As Ever.

In one of the new clips, Meghan is standing over a pot of berries on the stove while Lilibet works alongside her with a bowl and wooden spoon. The pair appear to be making one of As Ever’s fruit spreads.

“What do you think, Lili?” Meghan asks.

“I think it’s beautiful,” Lilibet replies.

The brief exchange provides a rare opportunity to hear Lilibet’s voice. Meghan and Prince Harry have generally kept their children’s lives private, making appearances by Lilibet in Meghan’s social media posts relatively limited.

The video is also a look at the work behind As Ever. Other footage shows the brand’s fruit spreads being packaged, Meghan spending time in a garden and making cookies. Prince Harry appears briefly as Meghan opens a box, while photographs of Meghan as a child are included throughout the video.

Meghan also uses the post to reflect on her early interest in business. She recalled that she began making handmade scrunchies when she was about eight years old, sewing them on her grandmother’s Singer sewing machine and selling them for $1 each.

She also remembered selling Girl Scout cookies, running lemonade stands and working at a frozen-yogurt shop, describing those experiences as part of the entrepreneurial spirit she carried into adulthood.

The childhood section of the video includes photographs from Meghan’s Girl Scout years, including images with her mother, Doria Ragland, who served as her troop leader. There is also an older clip of Meghan eating raspberries from her fingers.

Meghan connects those early experiences to the growth of As Ever, which launched in 2025. In the caption, she revisits a line she previously shared on her now-defunct lifestyle blog, The Tig, about the role of women in their own success. She then acknowledges the importance of the people around her, including her family, support system and As Ever team.

“As I pinch myself looking at how this brand has grown, and as we introduce our holiday collection, I feel very proud, and grateful,” she wrote, before thanking her team for helping bring the brand’s latest chapter to life.

The new collection includes several holiday products. Among them is a limited-edition Advent calendar created with Los Angeles chocolatier Compartés. Priced at $148, the calendar is designed around Meghan and Prince Harry’s Montecito home, showing the property decorated for the holidays with As Ever’s signature twin palm trees in the background.

Meghan has previously said the palm trees caught her and Harry’s attention when they first toured the property. The calendar contains 24 chocolates in flavours including strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and orange marmalade, alongside a chocolate featuring As Ever’s flower sprinkles. The numbers are hand-painted using edible gold luster in a style inspired by Meghan’s calligraphy.

The holiday collection also includes a playing-card set, three Compartés chocolate bars, a chocolate-covered fruit box and baskets containing assorted fruit spreads and other As Ever products.

While the wider video is centred on Meghan’s business journey and the launch of As Ever’s holiday collection, Lilibet’s brief appearance becomes its most personal moment. The five-year-old’s simple response to her mother’s question offers a rare glimpse of the youngest Sussex child taking part in one of Meghan’s projects at home.

Rihanna Seemingly Responds After EJ Johnson Shades Her Paris Fashion Week Look

Published

Rihanna looks to have responded to EJ Johnson after he took a swipe at her during Paris Fashion Week. The exchange has drawn attention because the singer gave a one-word response.

The situation began after Johnson attended the Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2027 show in Paris on September 29. In a video shared online after the show, Johnson spoke about the event and praised the collection, but also claimed Rihanna was the reason they didn’t start on time.

“We just left the Dior show. Getting out of there was crazy, but the show itself was beautiful,” “It did start an hour late because Rihanna was late and, you know, like, we didn’t care to wait for her, but the show was beautiful nonetheless.”

Rihanna was one of the celebrities at the Dior show. She attended wearing a black coat, lace camisole, sunglasses and matching heels. She also wore some diamond jewellery. The Dior appearance came after Rihanna attended the Matières Fécales Spring/Summer 2027 show on September 28.

The exchange took another turn when a separate video of Johnson surfaced online. The footage showed Johnson outside a Paris hotel after posing for photographers. When they attempted to enter the building, they appeared to be stopped at the entrance, with hotel staff preventing them from immediately going inside.

Rihanna then appeared in the comments section.

Her response was simply, “Damn.”

The short comment quickly attracted attention because it came shortly after Johnson’s remarks about waiting for her at Dior. Social media users interpreted the comment as a possible response to Johnson. Although neither celebrity has confirmed that Rihanna was referring to the earlier Dior comments.

This is not the first time Johnson has publicly criticised Rihanna’s fashion choices. After the 2026 Met Gala, Johnson discussed the event in a social media video and said celebrities, including Rihanna, Beyoncé and Kim Kardashian, had fallen short with their looks.

At another Paris event supporting A$AP Rocky, she wore a leather jacket with an oversized shirt, Balenciaga leggings. She added red eyeliner and matching red nails to the look.

For now, there is no indication of a serious feud between the two. Rihanna has not issued a detailed response to Johnson’s comments, and Johnson has not publicly addressed Rihanna’s “Damn” comment.
