Gigi Hadid has been busy over the past few weeks. After walking in Tommy Hilfiger’s show in New York and appearing at Vogue World: Milano, she made her way to Paris, where she walked Miu Miu’s latest show. After the model walked the runway, she was seen outside the Miu Miu show in a more off-duty look, with mesh flats taking the place of her runway sneakers.

Hadid wore a pair of Miu Miu Embroidered Mesh Ballerinas. The white mesh flats had a single strap, slim black soles and silver hardware, with purple-and-green flowers cross-stitched across the delicate material. The shoes are usually associated with warmer months, but Hadid showed how they can work with fall wardrobe staples.

For the rest of the outfit, the model wore a white button-down shirt tucked into dark-wash, stovepipe-slim jeans. The shirt was worn slightly open, giving a glimpse of a white bandeau bralette underneath. She styled the look with a brown leather belt that matched the Miu Miu Pocket Top-Handle Bag she carried.

Hadid also kept her beauty look simple, wearing her hair pushed back with a tortoiseshell zigzag headband from Miu Miu’s Autumn/Winter 2026 runway collection. The ’90s headband has a nostalgic feel and became a recurring style detail on Miu Miu’s Fall/Winter 2026 runway, where it was used with different hairstyles and hair textures.

Just before the street-style appearance, Hadid walked in Miu Miu’s Spring/Summer 2027 show, where she closed the runway in a charcoal-gray sports bra and a crystal-embellished skirt. She paired the look with Miu Miu x New Balance RC150 sneakers from the new collaboration.

Among the stars in attendance, Dua Lipa and Alexa Demie brought color to the front row. Dua Lipa wore a brightly colored graphic Chanel dress with floral embroidery and feather details, along with a high thigh split and a bejeweled Chanel bag. Alexa Demie, meanwhile, styled Chanel’s signature quilting in a shiny red mini skirt suit made from the same type of fabric often seen on the house’s handbags. Ayo Edebiri and Kristen Wiig both joined the front row in black mini dresses with white trim. Edebiri chose to layer hers with a checked jacket, while Wiig left hers without a jacket, showing off the sleeveless design.

Zendaya Rewears Her Ruffled Louis Vuitton Jacket From ‘The Odyssey’ Tour

Published

on

Zendaya returned to a familiar Louis Vuitton piece for the house’s Spring/Summer 2027 show in Paris on October 6, reworking a lace bolero she first wore during The Odyssey press tour.

The actress arrived in a white tank top, straight-leg jeans and pointed white pumps, layering the casual combination with an intricate ivory lace bolero designed by Louis Vuitton’s Nicolas Ghesquière. The jacket featured dramatic ruffled details extending around the neckline and front.

Zendaya first wore the same custom bolero in July for the Paris premiere of The Odyssey, Christopher Nolan’s film. She paired it then with a matching white lace dress featuring a cutout at the stomach and slits along the sides. Pearlescent satin pumps completed the original look.

The Louis Vuitton piece was created for Zendaya’s The Odyssey press tour. More than 800 hours of work went into creating the ensemble. The bolero itself required 360 hours of work.

For the Louis Vuitton show, Zendaya kept the elaborate lace jacket and pointed heels but replaced the original dress with a white tank top and jeans. The change gave the custom piece a more casual setting while keeping the jacket as the focus of the outfit.

The rewear also follows another recent fashion archive moment for Zendaya. Earlier this year, she brought back the white Vivienne Westwood gown she wore to the 2015 Academy Awards during The Drama press tour.

At Louis Vuitton, the return of the The Odyssey bolero connected Zendaya’s latest appearance with one of her most recent film press-tour looks, this time styled with denim and a simple tank rather than the matching lace dress.

September had a busy red carpet schedule, from the Emmys to the MTV VMAs and movie premieres in London and New York. The month also had Fashion Week in cities like New York, Milan and Paris, gathering many familiar faces to the front rows and streets of each city.

During one of the red carpet appearances, Colman Domingo showed that men’s red carpet dressing does not always have to follow the traditional black suit and tie formula. Elsewhere, celebrities like Lisa and Taylor Swift played with sheer details at the side, creating the illusion of a smaller waist. Others went for dramatic ball gowns and bold textures.

Here are some of the best-dressed celebrities of September.

Elle Fanning

Elle Fanning attended the Coach Spring 2027 show in New York on September 9, where the house celebrated its 85th anniversary. She wore a fuzzy cheetah-print coat over a black blouse, which was unbuttoned to reveal her lacy bra underneath, and paired it with a bright red pencil skirt. She accessorized with a tilted black beret and black pumps. Her entire outfit was from Coach’s Resort 2027 collection.

Zendaya

At the 2026 Emmy Awards on September 14, Zendaya wore a custom Prada gown covered in crystals and beads. The nude-toned tulle dress featured a plunging V-neckline and sheer sections that gave the gown a barely-there effect while the embellishments provided coverage. She paired the look with Mikimoto pearls and diamonds.

Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer Lopez arrived at Vogue World 2026: Milano on September 22 in a black ball gown from Dolce & Gabbana. The dress featured a fitted bodice, a full tulle skirt and sequin embellishments across the gown. She wore sheer black opera gloves and pointed-toe pumps.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift returned to the MTV Video Music Awards on September 27 in a custom Tamara Ralph Couture gown, which included a black velvet halter-neck bodice with sheer detailing at the sides and a crystal skirt attached at the waist. During Paris Fashion Week, Rihanna attended the Matières Fécales Spring/Summer 2027 show in Paris on September 28. She arrived in a terracotta-toned skirt suit covered in glittery, tinsel-like fringe. For the New York premiere of Verity, Dakota Johnson wore a custom Calvin Klein look featuring a silver bralette and matching skirt covered in shimmering embellishments. Lisa

Lisa brought an all-red look to the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards on September 27. Her outfit from The Attico included a structured bustier-style top, visible bra cups and sheer panels along the sides. Over it, she wore a voluminous red coat from Quine Li, which added another layer to the fitted dress. Red pumps and matching hair accessories kept the color going from head to toe.

He posed on the red carpet in a custom Valentino look consisting of a brown jacket with a Mandarin collar worn over a coral-colored shirt and cream trousers.
