Our Favorite Celebrity Looks of the Week
So far, December has featured numerous events, from movie premieres and holiday gatherings to solo night outings and Christmas shopping. As a result, celebrities presented diverse festive styles, some bold, some relaxed, that offer different takes on festive and seasonal dressing. Below are some of our favorite outfits of the week.
Kylie Jenner

Kylie Jenner went for a night outing in a knee-length red latex dress that hugged her frame. The sleeveless halter neckline had a smooth, high-shine that gave it a glossy appearance. The dress was plain and no seams were noticeable throughout the piece. She kept the styling minimal, pairing the look with just a clear open-toe heels and from the photos, her nails were done to match the outfit, continuing a styling detail she recently showed during her appearance at her partner’s movie premiere.
Rihanna

Rihanna brought her signature street-style outside CVS in a red Celine bomber jacket with a white T-shirt tucked into baggy black trousers. She accessorized with a chain necklace, dark sunglasses and a New York Yankees baseball cap but what piqued our interest was the chunky gold chain belt from Celine fastened at the waistband of her trousers, which complemented the neckpiece.
Taraji P. Henson

Taraji P. Henson posted a picture of herself on Instagram in a look that revealed her own take on winter dressing. She paired a burgundy leather bustier, which added definition to her oversized black coat, and skin-tight black trousers. What held our attention was the small brown bag she carried, featuring a playful face motif, which added interest to the outfit. She enhanced it with gold earrings accented with an eye design.
Blake Lively

Blake Lively showed her version of seasonal dressing in a Santa-red tea-length silk dress by Annina during an outing in New York. The dress had a structured corset bodice and mild ruffle details. She accessorized with Lorraine Schwartz’s emerald jewelry and pointed-toe heels from Christian Louboutin.

Lily Collins stepped out for the Emily in Paris Season 5 premiere in Paris wearing a multi‑textured black gown from Giorgio Armani Privé’s Fall 2025 haute couture collection. It had a deep V‑neck design and fitted sequined bodice. A notable feature of the dress was a velvet panel at the front, extending from the waist downward. She paired it with black patent peep‑toe pumps and Cartier jewelry.
Zoe Saldaña

Zoe Saldaña attended the Avatar: Fire and Ash screening in Miami in a spring 2026 Chanel gown. The floor‑length dress consisted of a plunging neckline with a series of floral accents scattered across the gown and a bodice that flowed into a fit and flare design, creating an hourglass appearance. She completed the outfit with black sandals and floral earrings.
As the festive season continues, these six celebrities remind us that thoughtful styling whether through bold colors, tailored outfits, or intentionally chosen accessories can transform any attire.

Alexander Skarsgård Nails Purple Courtesy of Dior
Alexander Skarsgård chose an unconventional menswear direction while attending the “Pillion”screening in Berlin, Germany. Working with stylist Harry Lambert, the actor moved away from standard tailoring typically seen on red carpets, choosing a look that is beyond classic suiting, with a sleeveless design and bold use of color.
He appeared in a sleeveless purple top from Dior’s Men fall 2026 collection. The top had a deep V-neckline, finished with silver embroidery around the edges and neckline, along with a soft lilac insert. He paired it with black tailored trousers and square-toe dress shoes.

This shows the shift away from standard red carpet tailoring. Skarsgård has frequently embraced conventional silhouettes though his approach to dressing nods to the queer subcultures explored in the film. He continues to push typical styling choices.

He was joined on the red carpet by his co-star, Harry Melling, who played his submissive counterpart in the film. Melling wore a classic black suit, offering a contrast to Skarsgård’s styling. Pillion was directed by Harry Lighton, with Skarsgård playing a biker who begins an unconventional submissive relationship with a parking attendant.
