Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence on prostitution-related charges, has been hit with a new lawsuit filed by an anonymous plaintiff who claims he was sexually assaulted by the music mogul as a minor.

According to reports, the plaintiff, identified only as John Doe, alleges he was a working child actor when he attended a networking event at a Hollywood Hills residence in 2007. In the lawsuit, he claims he met Combs at the gathering and was later invited to speak with him privately about potential opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Doe alleges that once they were alone, Combs made unwanted physical advances that escalated into a sexual assault despite his objections and visible discomfort.

The lawsuit further claims that following the alleged incident, Combs told the young actor he would consider him for future career opportunities.

In addition to Combs, the complaint names several unidentified agents and associates who allegedly had a responsibility to safeguard minors attending the event.

Combs has denied the allegations. In a statement to Forbes, his spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, described the claims as “false and ridiculous.” Engelmayer also referred to the plaintiff as “another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers” and maintained that Combs “has never sexually assaulted anyone and that includes any child.”
