Dua Lipa Makes a Fresh Case for Logomania’s Comeback

Dua Lipa is known for her love for high‑end labels, especially Gucci. She stepped out in New York City wearing a head-to-toe outfit from the brand. Dua hosted her Service95 book club series at the Chelsea Hotel, where she was joined onstage by her longtime collaborator and friend Mark Ronson. The two discussed Ronson’s new memoir, Night People: How to Be a DJ in ’90s New York City.

For the event, Dua wore a cream blouse paired with a matching A-line knee-length skirt from the Gucci spring 2026 collection, designed by Demna. She accessorized with an interlocking belt, pointed knee-high boots, and a Jackie bag, all featuring the brand’s signature double‑G monogram.

Earlier this week, she also appeared in another logo‑inspired piece, a sheer Gucci minidress with feather trim that featured the prominent logo. That look caught lots of attention not just because of its daring cut but because the brand signature was so visible and central to the outfit’s design.

In the last few weeks, aside from Gucci, she’s stepped out in other bold pieces ranging from snakeskin trench coats worn during outings with her fiancé, Callum Turner, to lavender corset tops styled with visible lace bras. She’s also been frequently spotted carrying a cheetah-print Maison Margiela bag. Still, her head-to-toe monogram look on Wednesday easily stood out as one of her strongest and marked a clear shift from the “quiet luxury”.

Lipa had just finished her 92-date Radical Optimism tour on December 5, after spending almost a full year traveling and performing. After months of wearing detailed stage costumes and putting together polished off-duty looks, the convenience of a ready-to-go monogram ensemble.

Jenna Ortega Softens her Gothic Glam for Sundance

Jenna Ortega brought a softer edge to her signature gothic style at the premiere of “The Gallerist” on Saturday during the Sundance Film Festival. While the look was lighter than her usual dark outfits, it still gave hints of that gothic style that she’s known for.

Ortega walked the red carpet in a look from Mugler’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection. She wore a nude-toned tailored shirt designed with stiff collars and softly padded curved shoulders. The lower half fell into a belted midi skirt that emphasized her waist, it included subtle paneling in slightly different shades, adding dimension to the outfit while referencing Mugler’s signature tailoring.

Styled by Enrique Melendez, Jenna  kept the look in a monochrome palette with beige patent leather pointed pumps from Le Silla and simply accessorized with jewelry by Marli.

For her beauty look, she styled her dark brunette hair straight with a middle part. While her makeup departed from her usual smoky style, makeup artist Melanie Inglessis focused on creating healthy, glowing skin. Ortega’s signature bleached brows and glossy muted lips completed the look.

Ortega played the assistant in “The Gallerist”. She was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars Portman and Charli XCX, all appearing in a muted color palette. Jenna Ortega’s outfit proved that  muted tones outfits can still feel gothic.

The 2026 Academy Award nominations have been officially announced, marking the start of awards season. Beyond the accolades, the event shows how actors express themselves through fashion. As the ceremony approaches, the nominees’ personal style becomes an interest to the public.

This year, some of the celebrities in contention are new to street style approach. For others, their sense of style has been evident before the nominations. The nominees are photographed at fashion shows and red carpet across cities, a common thread noticed among them is street style.

Nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Sentimental Value, Elle Fanning is a first-time Oscar contender. She isn’t known for wearing streetwear, but begun showing signs of experimenting with it. During the Spring 2026 ready-to-wear shows in New York, she was seen in a Y2K-inspired denim-on-denim outfit, complete with an oversized jean coat and a matching denim handbag.

Unlike Fanning, Teyana Taylor, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for One Battle After Another, is known for her streetwear. She attended the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Festival in a street-style look featuring a graphic polo over denim, completed with a chain belt and a knit head covering.

Similarly, Timothee Chalamet, nominated for Marty Supreme, has made streetwear a signature part of his style, often introducing a bright color to darker minimal foundations. He was photographed across the street in a casual hoodie paired with track trousers and sneakers.

Rihanna and A$AP Go Full Stylish Winter Monochrome

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were photographed in in Paris with coordinated outfits with tailored layers. On January 22, the couple was photographed arriving at Siena restaurant in monochromatic black ensembles. Rihanna wore a draped black leather coat over a tailored outfit, and heels, layered diamond necklaces, a woven clutch, and rectangular sunglasses. Rocky paired tailored black trousers with a cropped jacket, a pale pink shirt, and a narrow red tie.

Earlier in the week, they attended the Gala Des Pièces Jaunes. Rihanna chose a Givenchy leather button-down and maxi skirt from Sarah Burton’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, paired with subtle black accessories.
