Dakota Johnson and sing Role Model spotted out for dinner

Dakota Johnson has found herself back in the celebrity dating conversation after TMZ first reported that the actress was photographed sharing an intimate dinner with indie pop singer Role Model in Los Angeles.

According to the initial report, Johnson and the musician whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury were seated close during a late-night outing at a dimly lit restaurant. The photographs, which circulated rapidly after being published by TMZ, show a relaxed exchange between the two, prompting renewed curiosity about Johnson’s personal life without offering confirmation of a romantic relationship.

The sighting comes months after Johnson’s long-term relationship with Coldplay’s Chris Martin quietly came to an end earlier this year. The former couple, who were together for nearly a decade, maintained a notably private dynamic, making any new public appearance alongside a potential romantic interest particularly noteworthy.

As of now, neither Johnson nor Role Model has commented on the nature of their connection. No representatives have confirmed a relationship, and subsequent media coverage has remained measured, framing the moment as a public sighting rather than a declaration.

Still, in an industry where appearances often carry weight beyond intention, the timing and setting of the dinner have been enough to keep Hollywood observers paying attention turning a single evening out into the latest point of conversation surrounding Dakota Johnson.

Mariah Carey marked the start of the new year with a high-profile return to Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, reclaiming her place on one of American television’s most watched stages.

The singer appeared as part of the ABC broadcast welcoming 2026, a notable comeback nearly a decade after her widely discussed 2017 performance on the same show. This time, Carey’s return was framed as deliberate and assured, drawing attention for its symbolism as much as the performance itself.

While the annual programme is anchored in New York’s Times Square and hosted by Ryan Seacrest, Carey delivered her set from Las Vegas, joining a multi-city lineup that also featured Demi Lovato, 50 Cent, Chappell Roan and other major acts. Her inclusion stood out, signalling both a renewed presence on the broadcast and a recalibrated relationship with the event.

Coverage following the show highlighted Carey’s appearance as one of the night’s most talked-about segments, particularly given her long history with televised New Year celebrations and her enduring association with seasonal pop culture.

Justin and Christian “King” Combs

Justin and Christian “King” Combs, the sons of imprisoned music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, have announced a forthcoming documentary series set to air on Zeus Network in 2026, offering their personal perspective on the events surrounding their father’s highly publicized legal troubles.

The announcement comes just weeks after the release of Sean Combs: The Reckoning, a four-part Netflix docuseries executive produced by Diddy’s longtime rival Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson. While that project examined the case from outside voices, Justin and Christian say their series will focus on their own experiences and the impact on their family.

In a trailer shared late Sunday night, the brothers are seen seated together watching news clips and courtroom footage from their father’s federal criminal trial. The teaser promises to explore “our voice,” touching on family dynamics, personal pain, public scrutiny, and what they describe as misinformation surrounding the case.

The clip closes with an automated phone call from Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution, where Sean Combs is currently serving a 50-month sentence following convictions on two federal prostitution charges. It remains unclear whether Combs himself participated in the production or will appear through recorded conversations.

Zeus Network CEO Lemuel Plummer addressed the project directly, emphasizing that the docuseries is not intended to defend or vindicate Diddy. Instead, he described it as a platform for Justin and Christian to share their lived experiences during an intense and life-altering period.

The timing of the announcement is notable. Netflix’s Sean Combs: The Reckoning quickly became a ratings success, amassing nearly 22 million minutes viewed within its first week. That series included behind-the-scenes footage originally commissioned by Combs, which his legal team criticized as unfair and unauthorized, though Netflix maintains it was obtained legally.
