She proved that at “The Rip” NYC premiere by stepping out in a dramatic sheer black outfit with a high neckline that extended into a face-covering detail. In the Netflix movie, Teyana plays the role of a detective among a group of Miami cops who discovers a stash of millions in cash, leading to disunity as outsiders learn about the huge sums, making them question who to rely on. She was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars Matt Damon, Steven Yeun, Kyle Chandler, and Sasha Calle.

The appearance comes two days after Teyana Taylor took home her first Golden Globe award, winning Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her role in “One Battle After Another”, making it a strong way to begin the year.
