Sophie Turner Joins the Trench Coat Trend With a Khaite Trench
Sophie Turner was photographed in New York City following a CBS interview, stepping into the winter cold in a sharply cut black coat from Khaite. The outerwear piece, identified as the brand’s Donna Coat, stood out for its long, uninterrupted line, double-breasted fastening, and epaulettes that reference classic military tailoring. Reaching close to the ankle, the coat immediately set the tone for the appearance, defining the rest of her outfit.

She paired the coat with pointed black pumps and carried an oxblood leather clutch, also by Khaite, introducing contrast and still retaining the attention on the coat itself. The colour combination stayed within a controlled palette, allowing texture and proportion to do the work.
While often discussed alongside the trench coat trend currently visible across celebrity street style, the Donna Coat occupies a slightly different space. Its structure and weight place it closer to tailored outerwear than traditional trench silhouettes, offering a sharper interpretation of longline coats suited to colder months.

The New York setting played its part. Seen between professional commitments rather than staged appearances, Turner’s choice of coat felt appropriate for the pace and practicality of the city, balancing functionality with a clear point of view. Khaite’s emphasis on clean construction and durable materials came through in the coat’s presence, showing the label’s reputation for pieces designed to last beyond a single season.
Worn during a routine press stop, the coat showed how a single, well-made garment can carry an entire outfit without excess an approach that continues to shape contemporary celebrity dressing.

Zendaya’s Louis Vuitton Show Look, From Dress on Arrival to Shorts on Exit
Zendaya attended the Louis Vuitton Resort 2027 show in New York, where Nicolas Ghesquière presented his latest cruise collection for the house. She appeared among the front-row guests, wearing a silver long-sleeved mini dress from the brand.

After the show, Zendaya had a change of outfit for the afterparty. Styled by her longtime stylist Law Roach, the look was taken from the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2027 runway, where it appeared as look 14 just minutes before she wore it.
The outfit consisted of a black cropped moto jacket with striped detailing coiling across the fabric, worn with shiny yellow shorts, featuring a white base peeking out at the waist, and a two-tone belt. She completed the look with the same heels from earlier and large silver earrings.

Bella Hadid Defies the Cannes Dress Code in Schiaparelli
Even with Cannes Film Festival organizers tightening red carpet rules around nudity and revealing dressing this year, celebrities have continued to challenge the updated dress code. Bella Hadid joined that conversation during the premiere of La Bataille De Gaulle: L’Âge De Fer, arriving in a custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown designed by Daniel Roseberry that combined sheer lace detailing with a sculpted silhouette.

The ivory gown was constructed with Schiaparelli’s signature trompe l’oeil lace embroidery and featured a deep plunging neckline that extended toward the waist through a sharply cut central opening. A black embellishment positioned across the torso connected the front of the dress and referenced the brooch detail worn by Jane Birkin during her 1969 appearance, which served as inspiration for the design. Roseberry reworked the archival reference into a more sculpted version tailored specifically for Hadid.
The fitted gown followed a body-contouring shape before opening into a tiered mermaid-style train at the hem. The sleeves extended fully to the wrists with slight flare detailing at the cuffs, while the back incorporated corset-style lacing.

According to details released by Schiaparelli, the gown required 22,160 hours of embroidery work and involved 130 artisans. The couture house also confirmed that the look was custom made for the model by Daniel Roseberry.
Hadid paired the gown with Chopard diamond jewelry, including drop earrings and a large geometric ring. Her hair was styled into an updo allowing the neckline and structure of the gown to remain the focus. The look was styled by Mimi Cuttrell, who has overseen several of Hadid’s appearances throughout the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.

Earlier in the day, Hadid wore a pale blue silk Louis Vuitton minidress from Marc Jacobs’ Spring 2003 collection, paired with a sandy beige canvas shoulder bag and tortoiseshell Gucci sunglasses.
