Zendaya continued her standout run of red carpet fashion at the Paris premiere of The Odyssey, stepping out in a custom Louis Vuitton gown that combined couture with archival inspiration. Following her Schiaparelli look at the film’s London premiere, the actress arrived in another striking outfit, continuing her recent Grecian-inspired style.

Created by Louis Vuitton Women’s Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière, the white-and-ivory gown had a plunging neckline, a dramatic torso cut-out, lace panel detailing, a thigh-high slit and a sweeping train with a sculptural ruffled lace bolero that showed design elements from Ghesquière’s celebrated 2026 Balenciaga collection.

Louis Vuitton revealed that the handcrafted outfit required more than 800 hours of work to complete. Ghesquière drew inspiration from his acclaimed 2006 Balenciaga collection, reinterpreting signature elements through the lens of his current vision at Louis Vuitton to create a design that felt both archival and contemporary.

For the occasion, Hathaway wore a strapless blue Dior Haute Couture gown featuring a softly pleated bodice, an empire waist and a floor-length skirt. She completed the look with Bulgari jewellery, softly waved hair and a classic red lip. The look was styled by her longtime collaborator, Erin Walsh.

The appearance follows Hathaway’s recent maternity style outings after she confirmed she is expecting her third child with her husband, Adam Shulman. The couple are already parents to two sons, Jonathan and Jack.

Zendaya Wears Schiaparelli Couture Straight Off the Runway

Hours after Schiaparelli presented its Fall/Winter 2026-Haute Couture collection in Paris, one of the collection’s newest designs travelled to London for The Odyssey press tour.

Zendaya arrived at the London world premiere of The Odyssey wearing the collection’s closing look, making her one of the first public figures to wear the newly unveiled couture design. The gown, created by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry, travelled from Paris to London the same day after stylist Law Roach personally retrieved it following the runway presentation.

The sculptural design reflected the house’s signature surrealist approach. A porcelain-effect moulded bodice, complete with a lace-up corset back, gave way to a shimmering fringe skirt that shifted from white into metallic silver and gold tones. The intricate beadwork created movement with every step, while the design continued Roseberry’s fascination with Grecian-inspired couture.

The timing carried added significance. Zendaya portrays Athena in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming adaptation of The Odyssey, and the couture look subtly mirrored the mythology surrounding the goddess. Her beauty look featured icy-toned eye makeup and long waves with braided detailing, while high jewellery from Chopard completed the outfit.

Behind the scenes, the gown’s journey became almost as notable as the look itself. According to reports, Roach flew to Paris to collect the couture piece immediately after the Schiaparelli show before returning to London on a private jet, allowing Zendaya to wear the design just hours after its runway debut.

Zendaya has frequently worn looks that reflect the themes of the projects she is promoting. By wearing a couture design unveiled only hours earlier in Paris, she brought Schiaparelli’s latest runway creation to the London premiere of The Odyssey. The look was another collaboration between Zendaya and stylist Law Roach, who transported the gown from Paris to London in time for the premiere.
