The Fall 2026 Milan Men’s Fashion Week kicked off on January 16 and will run through January 20, taking place in Milan, Italy. From day one, the event has brought together designers, industry insiders, and stars from the entertainment world. Guests like Colman Domingo and Nick Jonas, along with other celebrities, have been seen showing up in sharp tailored suits. So far, the street style outside has become one of the highlights of the show, alongside the runway presentations indoors.

Photographed by Acielle Tanbetova, guests outside the venues were seen in a variety of outfits, but one thing many had in common was jackets and coats. From long overcoats to tailored jackets and trench coats, outerwear played a major role in men’s styling this season, influenced by the winter weather in Milan. Some layered knit sweaters over tailored suits. Others leaned into a more casual look, pairing jeans or plain trousers with coats or leather jackets.

Neutral palettes were popular across many outfits, with shades like grey, brown, and beige. Deeper colors like dark burgundy appeared in suits and paired with black coats, adding contrast. Accessories like vintage scarves were tied  around the neck, while caps, patterned ties, crossbody bags, and glasses tied many outfit together.

The Fall 2026 Milan Menswear street style showed how men layered outfits with different textures. From classic suits to casual combinations finished with detailed accessories.

The heat wave in Paris might have been overwhelming, but it didn’t stop guests from bringing their best. Fashion on the streets mirrored what was happening on the runways, with guests wearing similar textures, shapes and details.

Haute Couture Week, which takes place twice a year, remains one of the most exclusive events in fashion, with only designers approved by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM) invited to present their collections. This season’s schedule included brands like Schiaparelli, Chanel, Dior, Viktor & Rolf, Iris Van Herpen, and Robert Wun, alongside newer additions like Standing Ground and Manish Malhotra. While some houses like Maison Margiela were absent, the week still delivered powerful presentations.

Throughout the week, designers unveiled collections filled with hand-stitched elements and bold textures. Gigi Hadid also made an impression on the runway in a black feather cocoon look, which offered a sense of ease in the middle of the heat.

But what happened outside the shows was just as interesting. Despite the hot temperatures, guests stepped out in variety of looks. From A-list names like Cynthia Erivo to Teyana Taylor, the streets of Paris turned into a second runway.

This week, Paris Couture Week for the Fall 2026 season officially kicked off, and on July 7, Chanel presented its latest collection at the Grand Palais in Paris, France. In his second haute couture presentation for the house, Matthieu Blazy drew inspiration from a storybook tied to Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel, using the brand’s own archives as inspiration.

On the runway, the collection was a mix of sheer fabrics, rich embroidery, and bejeweled finishes. There were also soft, whimsical elements, from pearl-covered pieces and butterfly-like details to bold floral designs and statement jewelry, giving the presentation a fairy tale feel.

The front row featured a number of familiar faces, including Pedro Pascal, Elizabeth Debicki, Alexa Demie, Teyana Taylor, and Sarah Pidgeon, each bringing their own take on Chanel dressing.

Bermuda shorts have moved from being a simple summer staple to a common pieces worn by celebrities this summer. Across runways and street style moments, these shorts are no longer considered casual wear but a versatile fashion item that can be dressed up for a range of occasion, depending on how they are styled. From tailored looks to relaxed denim fits, this season is all about how creatively they can be worn.

Tailored Bermuda Shorts

When paired with a button-down shirt or a fitted tank top, they create a clean office-appropriate look. Zendaya has been seen in tailored Bermuda styling, including a Moschino set styled with a white shirt.

Monochromatic Styling

Monochromatic styling is one of the easiest ways to style any outfit and Bermuda shorts are no exception. This has appeared in off-duty styling, with Margot Robbie wearing a silk Bermuda set from Beare Park, paired with mesh ballet flats and a structured shoulder bag.

This direction adds a more casual and street-style approach to the trend. They are styled with graphic tees, cropped tops, or basic tanks, and often finished with sneakers. A lighter take on this has been seen on Hailey Bieber, spotted in off-white denim styled with a white crop top. She paired it with socks and sandals, giving a subtle schoolgirl-inspired finish.

Neutral Styling

Bermuda shorts can go with neutral-toned tops such as beige, white, or brown. This keeps the focus on shape and proportion. Tailored white Bermuda shorts were styled dark green top, a baseball cap, and heels, giving a sporty yet polished feel that blends streetwear with a refined edge.

Layering with Trench Coat

Light jackets are not limited to colder seasons, as they can work for summer styling when layered over Bermuda shorts. In some styling cases, a neutral trench coat has been styled with a white top tucked into Bermuda shorts in matching muted tones. This gave a layered finish.

Hybrid Bermuda

Across recent runway collections, Bermuda shorts have also appeared in more experimental forms. Brands such as Balenciaga, Hermès, Bottega Veneta, and Alexander McQueen have included the silhouette into their collections, sometimes blending it with Capri-length cuts, creating hybrid styles. Demi Moore also wore a tailored look, where Bermuda shorts were styled in a structured, in Capri-inspired silhouette, showing how the trend continues to evolve between formal and casual interpretations.
