Strutting the red carpet, her outfit drew attention. Instead of over-detailed outfits with fringes, furs, chunky sleeves, huge appliques, and high wedge platforms, She chose a minimalist look.

She wore a black floor-length gown with a high square neckline, thin straps, and a structured peplum at the waist. She completed this look with a bead-like structured earring. Hair in a bun complemented her makeup.

Bella Hadid Goes From Uggs to Prada in One Day During NYC Stop

Bella Hadid is back in New York for Fashion Week after nearly two years away from the Fashion Week scene. For her return, the model showed off two very different looks in the same day, first bringing an early fall feel to the streets in Uggs and layered pieces before changing into an archival Prada dress for dinner.

Hadid was seen earlier in the day wearing a layered fall inspired outfit, starting with a white T-shirt as her base, worn beneath a flannel shirt and a brown suede jacket. She paired the look with cuffed straight-leg jeans, white socks and Ugg Classic Ultra Mini boots. A trucker hat, sunglasses and Coach’s patchwork Coachtopia Alter/Ego shoulder bag finished the casual outfit.

Later in the day, Hadid made an outfit change for dinner at Locanda Verde in Tribeca, where she traded the layered daytime look for a champagne-colored Prada satin slip dress from the brand’s Spring/Summer 1998 collection. The dress featured sheer latex detailing around the top and hem, with light pink princess stitching along the sides.

While the original runway version was styled with charcoal-colored heels, Hadid gave hers a pop of color with red Prada pointed-toe pumps. She carried a Prada bowling bag in a similar tan shade and added dark oval sunglasses and diamond earrings. She finished the look with a side-parted bun.

The Prada look follows Hadid’s recent run of vintage fashion choices. She spent much of the summer away from New York, including time in Colorado, and was also seen in a number of vintage designer looks during her May trip to Cannes, where she appeared in a pale blue look from the brand’s Spring/Summer 1999 collection and a custom gray satin dress for the red carpet.

Her return to New York came during the final stretch of Fashion Week, but in just a few hours, she went from a fall-ready combination of flannel, denim and Uggs to a vintage Prada look that brought a completely different side of her style to the city.

Zendaya spent the summer switching between different hairstyles, appearing in long, voluminous curls, shorter styles, braids and other looks throughout her series of press tours (from Spider-Man: Brand New Day to The Odyssey), but her latest look takes things much shorter. The actress has now traded her longer hair for a pixie cut.

The new hairstyle was unveiled during New York Fashion Week at the Prada Paradoxe pop-up event in New York City. The pixie cut was cropped at the back, while the curls were fuller and longer around the crown. The shape gives her hair a little more volume on top.

The actress has experimented with several short styles over the past year. Around the end of 2025, she cut her hair into a curly bob-and-pixie hybrid before moving into a longer pixie. Since then, she has continued switching things up, making her latest cut feel like another step in her short-hair era.

For her Prada appearance, Zendaya wore a deep green sweater layered over a pink button-down and an embellished brown slip skirt. Her makeup artist, Ernesto Casillas, shared photos of the new look on Saturday, September 12, showing off the pixie alongside lavender eyeshadow, rosy cheeks, spiky lashes and a neutral lip. Hairstylist Coree Moreno also shared photos of the pixie, calling it a fall pixie moment.
