Jenna Ortega Wears a Sheer Dress at Instyle ImageMaker Awards 2025
For the InStyle Image Makers Award 2025 , Jenna Ortega showed up in a sheer lilac dress that was bold, daring, and elegant.
If you know Jenna Ortega, you know her forte is edgy, gothic styles so seeing her choose a soft, even romantic look for this event shows that this could be a pointer to an evolution in her fashion choices.

She wore an ensemble from the Armani 2026 Spring/Summer Collection. The dress featured plunging neckline, high slits, and floral embroidery ,a perfect balance between bold and elegant. To complete the look, she layered it with a burgundy fur coat and silver platform sandals.
Ortega kept her accessories minimal. A diamond-dropped necklace, that let her gown and coat take center stage and soft, cohesive makeup: soft lilac eyeshadow and a berry-toned lip that complement her hair.

The award ceremony which was held in Los Angeles is an annual event that celebrates the creative minds that produce ethereal Hollywood’s looks, from stylists to make-up artists.
Ortega shared a heartfelt moment as she presented her longtime stylist, Enrique Melendez, the Future of Fashion Award. Their collaboration which has lasted for over a decade was evident in Jenna’s refined and harmonious look.
Jenna’s look for the InStyle Image Makers Award showed us that she’s able to evolve in her fashion style, it also highlighted how strong partnership between artists and their stylists can take a look from ordinary to unforgettable.

From her gown, to the layering of the faux coat, and even her make-up, every element was perfect and showed a daring approach to fashion trends.
At only 22, Jenna Ortega is showing us that bold fashion choices can coexist with refinement, making her a standout in the InStyle Image Makers Award 2025.

Jenna Ortega Softens her Gothic Glam for Sundance
Jenna Ortega brought a softer edge to her signature gothic style at the premiere of “The Gallerist” on Saturday during the Sundance Film Festival. While the look was lighter than her usual dark outfits, it still gave hints of that gothic style that she’s known for.
Ortega walked the red carpet in a look from Mugler’s spring 2026 ready-to-wear collection. She wore a nude-toned tailored shirt designed with stiff collars and softly padded curved shoulders. The lower half fell into a belted midi skirt that emphasized her waist, it included subtle paneling in slightly different shades, adding dimension to the outfit while referencing Mugler’s signature tailoring.

Styled by Enrique Melendez, Jenna kept the look in a monochrome palette with beige patent leather pointed pumps from Le Silla and simply accessorized with jewelry by Marli.

For her beauty look, she styled her dark brunette hair straight with a middle part. While her makeup departed from her usual smoky style, makeup artist Melanie Inglessis focused on creating healthy, glowing skin. Ortega’s signature bleached brows and glossy muted lips completed the look.

Ortega played the assistant in “The Gallerist”. She was joined on the red carpet by her co-stars Portman and Charli XCX, all appearing in a muted color palette. Jenna Ortega’s outfit proved that muted tones outfits can still feel gothic.

During the Spring 2026 ready-to-wear shows in New York, she was seen in a Y2K-inspired denim-on-denim outfit, complete with an oversized jean coat and a matching denim handbag.

Unlike Fanning, Teyana Taylor, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for One Battle After Another, is known for her streetwear. She attended the 2026 Palm Springs International Film Festival in a street-style look featuring a graphic polo over denim, completed with a chain belt and a knit head covering.

Similarly, Timothee Chalamet, nominated for Marty Supreme, has made streetwear a signature part of his style, often introducing a bright color to darker minimal foundations. He was photographed across the street in a casual hoodie paired with track trousers and sneakers.

Meanwhile, Renate Reinsve, nominated for Sentimental Value, was photographed at the Spring 2024 ready-to-wear shows, in a street-style look that paired a wrapped, fabric-layered top with a short, ruffle-trimmed bottom, tied with orange boots and a coordinating handbag.

Rihanna and A$AP Go Full Stylish Winter Monochrome
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky were photographed in in Paris with coordinated outfits with tailored layers. On January 22, the couple was photographed arriving at Siena restaurant in monochromatic black ensembles. Rihanna wore a draped black leather coat over a tailored outfit, and heels, layered diamond necklaces, a woven clutch, and rectangular sunglasses. Rocky paired tailored black trousers with a cropped jacket, a pale pink shirt, and a narrow red tie.

Earlier in the week, they attended the Gala Des Pièces Jaunes. Rihanna chose a Givenchy leather button-down and maxi skirt from Sarah Burton’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, paired with subtle black accessories. Their appearances followed earlier Paris Fashion Week events in 2025, including the Dior Homme Spring/Summer 2026 show, where Rihanna wore
a vest over a button-down with low-rise gray denim, and Rocky wore a shirt and tie. Across these outings, the couple wore tailored pieces and coordinated colors.
