How Your Favorite Celebrities Took Over Halloween 2025
Halloween has evolved into something far more calculated than a night of jump scares. For celebrities, it’s now a performance space, part fashion experiment and part social statement. This year’s costumes carried ideas, not just fabric, and each star managed to make the night their own.

Julia Fox – Instagram
Julia Fox refused to play it safe. Her take on Jackie Kennedy, complete with a blood-stained pink suit, divided opinion. Some called it tasteless; others saw deliberate social commentary. Fox isn’t chasing approval. She’s making a point, and once again she succeeded in turning a costume into a conversation.

Doja Cat – Instagram
Doja Cat approached Halloween like a creative workshop. Instead of recycling obvious pop-culture looks, she built strange, striking characters of her own. Every choice felt deliberate, from the makeup to the construction. It was playful, sharp, and completely in her lane.

Paris Hilton – Instagram
Paris Hilton stepped into Britney Spears’ world, wearing the red latex catsuit from Oops!… I Did It Again. It was nostalgia done right, confident and self-aware. Hilton, who helped define early-2000s celebrity culture, used the costume as a reminder of how that era still shapes her image today.

Kendall Jenner Instagram
Kendall Jenner brought her usual precision to Halloween. Her looks always sit closer to editorial styling than party wear, and this year was no different. Every element, from the cut to the details, felt thought through. Jenner treats Halloween like a creative assignment, not a costume contest.

Justin and Hailey Bieber – InstagramJustin and Hailey Bieber kept their celebration grounded. Their son dressed as a miniature version of early-career Justin, hoodie and all, while Hailey added a simple superhero reference. It wasn’t about spectacle; it was about sharing a light, genuine moment as a family.

Mariah Carey
Mariah Carey celebrated Halloween in Japan with her twins, wearing colorful, anime-inspired outfits. It was cheerful and warm, far from her usual stage glitz. The look had personality without theatrics, proof that she doesn’t need excess to command attention.

Meagan Good & Jonathan Majors – Instagram
Few couples went as far as Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors. Their Egyptian-royalty theme was detailed and coordinated, from the metallic tones to the styling. They looked composed and cinematic, showing how a shared idea can elevate a simple costume into a complete visual statement.
This year’s Halloween wasn’t about volume or shock. The most memorable looks were those built with clarity and purpose. Julia Fox used fashion to provoke; the Biebers used it to connect; Meagan Good and Jonathan Majors turned it into teamwork. Halloween 2025 showed that the best style moments aren’t about excess. They’re about intent and knowing exactly what story you’re telling.

Macaulay Culkin Shows Up as a Toilet for Halloween
Macaulay Culkin has nothing left to prove, and he is clearly fine with that. The Home Alone actor joined fiancée Brenda Song and their son for Halloween in Los Angeles, but it wasn’t your standard celebrity family outing. Song went as Robin, their little boy as Batman, and Culkin? He showed up as a toilet. Yes, a full porcelain-style toilet with a tank, lid, white face paint, and a plunger strapped proudly to his head. Even his candy bag matched the theme, shaped like the poop emoji.

Macaulay Culkin – Instagram
It shouldn’t have worked, but it did. Somehow, the absurdity fit him perfectly: equal parts dad humor and quiet confidence. Culkin wasn’t just in costume; he was clearly having fun.
Later that night, he shared a photo on Instagram with the caption, “POO!!! If your kids want you to be a toilet, be THE BEST dang toilet you can be.” It was a simple message, but it said a lot. This was a dad having fun with his kid, and that sincerity came through.

Macaulay Culkin – Instagram
Photos of the family quickly made the rounds online, drawing plenty of jokes and admiration. “Only Macaulay could make a toilet look cool,” one fan wrote. Another added, “He’s officially flushed his ego away.”
The humor aside, the costume reflected where Culkin is in life: comfortable, self-assured, and willing to be ridiculous for the right reasons. For someone who grew up under intense public scrutiny, that kind of ease doesn’t come easily. He’s no longer the kid everyone remembers. He’s the adult who’s figured out how to live on his own terms.

Macaulay Culkin – Instagram
In recent years, Culkin and Song have kept their lives low-key, focusing on their two young sons. Every now and then, though, he reminds the world he’s still got a sense of timing that few can match.
While others chased glam and spectacle this Halloween, Culkin went the other way. A toilet costume that managed to feel more real, more human, and yes, funnier than anything else on social media that night.
Call it growth or just good humor. Either way, he’s clearly doing life his own way.
