Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff are ending their marriage after three years together. The actor and Grammy-winning music producer jointly filed for divorce on Friday, October 30, 2026, several months after their separation became public.

According to PEOPLE, a source close to the couple confirmed that the filing was a mutual decision and that the divorce would be uncontested. Court records from Kings County Supreme Court in Brooklyn, New York, list Qualley as the plaintiff and Antonoff as the defendant.

Despite their decision to end the marriage, the former couple reportedly remain on good terms. A source told PEOPLE that they “share a deep affinity and love for one another” and would “absolutely be lifelong friends.”

News of their separation emerged in July 2026, shortly before their third wedding anniversary. Speculation followed about the circumstances surrounding their breakup, including allegations of infidelity and trust issues. However, Qualley’s representative firmly denied the claims, describing the reports as untrue.

“The narratives running in the press about Margaret and Jack are categorically untrue. There are no trust issues. There was no infidelity or anything outside of respect and partnership in this relationship,” the representative told PEOPLE. The statement also emphasised that the former couple continued to share love and care for one another, while asking for privacy.

Qualley and Antonoff began dating in August 2021 and got engaged in 2022. They married in August 2023 at Parker’s Garage on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. Their wedding was attended by several high-profile guests, including Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum.

Their relationship also found its way into Antonoff’s music. In May 2026, his band, Bleachers, released its fifth studio album, Everyone for Ten Minutes, which includes songs inspired by their relationship.

In an October 25 interview with The Guardian, Antonoff discussed continuing to perform songs written about Qualley despite their separation. He revealed that he had considered changing the band’s setlist but ultimately decided to keep the tracks, explaining that he did not want to rewrite his past or distance himself from music he had created during happier moments in their relationship.

“I don’t rewrite the past, I have no shame about the things I’ve said,” he said, adding that he would rather experience something publicly than escape it privately. He also described performing the songs as a beautiful experience, despite the sadness attached to them.

Qualley, 32, is known for her performances in films including Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and The Substance. The daughter of actor Andie MacDowell, she has established herself across film and television.

Antonoff, 42, is a 14-time Grammy-winning songwriter and producer whose credits include collaborations with Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey and Sabrina Carpenter. He is also the frontman of Bleachers.

The joint filing marks the formal end of their marriage following five years together, from the beginning of their relationship in 2021 to their separation earlier this year.

Halle Berry Loses Primary Physical Custody of Son to Ex-Husband

Halle Berry has reportedly lost primary physical custody of her 13-year-old son, Maceo, to her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez. Under the ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Shelley L. Kaufman, Martinez will retain primary physical custody, while Berry will no longer be allowed overnight visits with their son.

According to NBC Los Angeles, the judge rejected Berry’s request to restore the former couple’s 50/50 custody arrangement following a multi-day hearing. However, the ruling was not entirely against the actress, as Kaufman also dissolved the temporary domestic violence restraining order Martinez had obtained against her and rejected his request to make it permanent.

The dispute followed allegations that Berry physically abused Maceo during an incident in September. Martinez claimed that she became aggressive and choked their son while he was playing a virtual reality game. He also alleged that Maceo contacted him after the incident and asked him to pick him up.

Berry denied the accusations, stating in court documents that ” I have never physically, emotionally or otherwise abused Maceo. I am a victim of domestic violence and I help victims of domestic violence. I am not a perpetrator of violence. I would never hurt our child.”

Her legal team described Martinez’s allegations as meritless and deliberately misleading, while accusing him of interfering with Maceo’s education and therapeutic care.

Halle also reportedly tried to prevent Maceo from taking the stand, claiming that Martinez had coached him. However, Maceo eventually gave his testimony behind closed doors, with both Berry and Martinez ordered to leave the courtroom.

Earlier this week, Berry’s Instagram account was reportedly hacked, and a post appeared on the account suggesting that children who disrespect their mothers may be influenced by their relationship with their fathers. The post was later brought up in court, with Martinez’s lawyer asking the judge to reopen the evidence. His lawyer reportedly argued that the post was disturbing his client’s peace, but Judge Kaufman denied the request.

Although Martinez currently retains primary physical custody under the modified arrangement, the matter is not permanently settled. The court is expected to review the custody issues again in November.

Berry and Martinez met in 2010 while filming Dark Tide and married in July 2013. They welcomed Maceo in October that year before separating in October 2015. Their divorce was finalised in August 2023. Berry also shares an 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her former partner, Gabriel Aubry.

Kim Kardashian Allegedly Had a Gun Held to Her Head During Uganda Trip With Kanye West

Kim Kardashian allegedly had a gun held to her head during a 2018 trip to Uganda with her then-husband, Kanye West, according to a new biography detailing a troubling episode from their marriage.

The account appears in Citizen Kim: The Woman Who Created the Future, written by journalist Jonathan Van Meter. Farnaz Farjam, a former executive producer of Keeping Up With the Kardashians who accompanied the couple on their Uganda trip, shared her account of what happened for the book.

According to Farjam, the situation unfolded at a remote filming location after West became convinced that people around him were attempting to drug him. He allegedly contacted local police, who arrived with guns drawn and searched the group’s rooms.

During the encounter, an officer allegedly held a gun to Kardashian’s head. Farjam described the situation as intense and recalled arranging a private jet to evacuate members of her production crew from the location.

The producer later said she forgave West, believing his behaviour was connected to his bipolar disorder and a possible manic episode. Her account offers a glimpse into the difficulties surrounding the couple’s relationship at the time, although the details have not been independently established.

Kardashian and West married in 2014 and share four children. Their divorce was finalised in 2022. In the biography, Kardashian also discusses the challenges of co-parenting with her former husband, expressing continued concern for him while emphasising the importance of maintaining boundaries.

Van Meter did not interview West for the book, citing concerns about his mental health at the time.

The reported Uganda encounter adds to the public record of frightening experiences in Kardashian’s life. In October 2016, she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris during Fashion Week, when assailants stole millions of dollars’ worth of jewellery. The two incidents occurred under different circumstances, but both involved threats of armed violence.
