Jessica hosted the event and she arrived in a custom Iris van Herpen gown. The design had Van’s signature sculptural details: a black gown with a set of large angel wings hanging at the edge of each shoulder. The black piece had a net like or open wave pattern, letting us see the white dress layered beneath it. From her hip, a satin skirt flowed all the way down which merged with the wings behind her.  She completed it with a chignon, black heels and pin earrings.

Each sphere was cut in different sizes and placed on top one another to give a 3D effect. She paired it with yellow-green pointed heels.

Rihanna turned 38 on Friday, February 20, 2026, and marked the occasion with a surprise birthday dinner at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, arranged by her partner, A$AP Rocky. While the celebration may have caught her off guard, one thing remained predictable, Rihanna never misses an opportunity to show off her fashion skills.

For a while now, Rihanna has shown a particular affinity for fur coats. She is known for consistently incorporating the textured outerwear into her wardrobe, often layering the pieces with different outfits. While fur has become something of a signature for the singer, no two appearances ever feel the same. For this birthday celebration, she stepped out in a rare vintage Gucci fur coat from Tom Ford’s Fall/Winter 1999 collection.

The vintage Gucci fur coat featured a mix of textures, with tiger-print sleeves from the shoulder down transitioning into soft, brown fur, covering the rest of the piece. She layered it over a sheer black floor-length dress and open-toe sandals. Her hair was styled in loose waves, parted down the centre.

A$AP Rocky remained faithful to his signature street-style. He wore a red-and-white checkered jacket layered over a white shirt, paired with tan trousers and black loafers. Accessories included a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses.
