The puffer jacket has long been worn to stay warm and not as a fashion piece, but Jennifer Lawrence proved that the right styling trick can elevate any outfit. The star has become an expert in mixing neutral staples with a surprise statement piece. She kicked off 2026 with a cold-weather look accented by purple.

Jennifer was seen running a few errands in New York on Monday, January 5. The actress paired a black puffer jacket from Toteme with gray wide-leg slacks from the Row. She layered a red V-neck top that peeked from under her jacket.

Her accessories include a maroon Hermès Bolide top-handle bag and a set of black Atlas sunglasses from Thistles. But for Jennifer, the color combination wasn’t enough; she added a bright, grape-colored scarf from La Ligne.

She finished with the Ugg classic micro boot. This cozy footwear was unveiled last September, and has become popular for stars like Sofia Richie, Ella Emhoff, Dua Lipa, and Bella Hadid. A closer look revealed a keychain spelling out “Louie,” believed to be the name of her second child with husband Cooke Maroney, whom the couple welcomed last year.

True to her style, Lawrence’s look was finished with a personal touch. As long as cold weather calls for warmth, the puffer jacket will always remain a go-to wardrobe staple.

Taylor Swift was photographed in New York City with longtime friend Ashley Avignone, on Wednesday, April 8, amid ongoing speculation around her wedding plans. She was seen in a silky white maxi skirt that had a coded bridal feel to it.

The skirt had a fluid-like silhouette and a relaxed fit,  with an invisible zipper, keeping the look clean and uninterrupted. She paired it with a black spaghetti strap top. She singer carried a mini Dior handbag and black sandals. She accessorized with jewelry from Audrey Rose, including two stacked diamond necklaces.

Her hair was styled in an updo with soft fringe at the front, while her makeup remained consistent with her signature look: winged eyeliner and a bold red lip. The styling quietly nods to bridal dressing without looking obvious.

Recently, there has been rumors concerning her wedding with Travis Kelce, claiming the ceremony could take place on June 13, 2026, at Ocean House in Rhode Island. However, those claims were dismissed, with a wedding planner reportedly clarifying that the venue is already booked for another event on that date.

Nicole Kidman attended the premiere of Margot’s Got Money Troubles in New York City wearing Schiaparelli’s Fall 2026 collection.

She paired the look with black strappy sandals by Gianvito Rossi and an Ortega watch. Compared to the runway version, the skirt was worn higher on the waist, and the belt seen on the original design was removed.

Hair was styled by Adir Abergel in a structured updo with loose lengths and feathered bangs. Makeup was done by Mary Wiles, featuring a neutral base and with brown smoky eyes.

Her recent red carpet appearances follow a similar direction. In 2026, she wore a nude-toned illusion gown by Gucci at the A Family Affair premiere, and a sheer floral appliqué look by Dolce & Gabbana at the Spellbound premiere, both using sheer and structured elements.

Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway Return to Their Signature Styling in Tokyo

The global rollout of The Devil Wears Prada 2 made its Tokyo stop this week, with fashion central to its presentation to audiences. The appearance of Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep marked one of the key moments of the press tour so far, with both actors presenting looks that referenced the original film while aligning with current runway direction.

Tokyo’s inclusion in the press circuit marks Tokyo as an important stop on the press tour, with attention focused on the wardrobe choices.

Anne Hathaway’s appearance was hard to miss for its connection to her character, Andy Sachs. She wore a strapless couture gown from Valentino’s Spring 2026 collection, featuring a structured black-and-white base with a defined bustier and a voluminous ruffled skirt. A red fold-over detail ran across the bodice, adding contrast to the monochrome foundation.

Her styling referenced Andy Sachs through the return of a fringe, updated with softer, face-framing layers. This follows the press tour’s styling approach of connecting the character to current collections without replicating past looks directly.

Meryl Streep’s wardrobe took a similar approach, drawing from the authority of Miranda Priestly while incorporating current collections. She appeared in a look from Chanel’s Métiers d’Art Pre-Fall 2026 collection designed by Matthieu Blazy. The outfit centred on a vermillion coat and coordinating midi skirt marked by white splotch patterns and finished with black fringe detailing.

Accessories included white slingback heels with black toe caps, a quilted black clutch, and oversized square sunglasses, maintaining what we already  know from her character while showing the current collection.

The Tokyo stop continues the styling direction established across the press tour. Rather than isolating individual outfits, the focus stays on how each appearance shows the same approach to character and collection, carried consistently from one city to the next.

Each appearance supports a consistent visual styling. Anne Hathaway’s looks revisit Andy Sachs through updated styling details, while Meryl Streep’s wardrobe remains rooted in Miranda Priestly’s established identity, presented through current collections and clean fits.
