Fashion moves to New York this week, followed by London, Milan, and Paris. Marc Jacobs opened the schedule early with his Fall/Winter 2026 show at the Park Avenue Armory.

Front-row celebrities at Marc Jacobs’ New York Fashion Week included Julia Fox, who wore a sheer lavender jumpsuit. The sheer fabric revealed her pink underwear and a purple satin bra layered. She paired it with a cream-toned coat draped over her shoulders and white lace-up platforms.

Nikki Hilton also attended. She arrived in a white mini gown with black ribbons tied into bows across the front. She carried a clutch monogrammed with her name, “Nico,” and wore black heels.

Marc Jacobs Spring/Summer 2026 Is Rooted in Memory
Marc Jacobs presented his Spring/Summer 2026 Ready-to-Wear collection at New York Fashion Week, returning to the Park Avenue Armory. The season focused on elements from his earlier collections, incorporating references from the designer’s past work and nods to late 1990s fashion.
The runway combined simple pieces with Jacobs’s signature details, highlighting craftsmanship. Silhouettes and styling cues referenced earlier collections. Each look emphasized clarity of design, while backstage coverage showed the preparation behind the show. The collection combined past references with contemporary shapes. Models wore the designs to highlight form and construction.
Through this collection, Marc Jacobs used personal influences to guide design and presentation using memory and personal influences to shape both design and presentation. The Spring/Summer 2026 collection highlighted the designer’s approach combining technical skill with thematic intent to create a cohesive runway presentation.
