Rihanna Shows Everyday Style in Monochrome Tailoring
Rihanna was seen recently, leaving the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, Vital Records, where she stopped in regard to her daughter Rocki’s birth records. The singer welcomed her third child in September, and even in the course of her day-to-day activities, she still looked put-together.
She wore a monochrome black-and-white piece that gave a new take on office-inspired tailoring. She paired an oversized shoulder padded black blazer with unfinished hems over a white button-up shirt, leaving the collar pointed. The blazer’s raw edges matched her fitted black trousers, which sat above her ankles, revealing her black patent leather pumps from Balenciaga.

Her accessories mirrored the tone of her outfit: a structured Gucci East-West handbag and black sunglasses from The Attico, adding a modern and stylish feel to suiting.
Rihanna is well known for her ability to mix luxury pieces together. By pairing a Balenciaga patent-leather pump with a structured Gucci handbag, she carefully chose pieces from different designer brands that complement each other. Whether the pairing was deliberate or not, her styling remains distinctive.

Aside the pairing of multiple luxurious labels, she mixed structured tailored pieces like raw hems, kept her color scheme simple, and added accessories that complement the outfit. It’s a good reminder that even everyday dressing can be intentional, paying attention to little details like texture, and how distinct pieces work together can make a difference.

Kate Middleton returned for the annual Easter Matins Service at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on April 5, after being absent from the service in previous years due to health reasons. The Princess of Wales, her husband Prince William and their three children, joined the king and queen for the traditional celebration.
For the occasion, Kate wore a cream dress she had previously worn in 2022 for a royal engagement with Princess Anne. The Self-Portrait dress featured a blazer-cut bodice, defined by long sleeves, a belted waist and a midi skirt. Lace appliqués were designed across the top as well as side-flap pockets.

She continued the monochrome moment with a fascinator designed with floral motifs. Kate wore Bahrain pearl drop earrings crafted from rare pearls that had been gifted to Queen Elizabeth II by the Hakim of Bahrain during her 1947 wedding.

She completed the look with Ralph Lauren gold calfskin pumps, adding a warm contrast to the cream palette, and carried a small toffee-colored bag by London-based designer DeMellier. Walking alongside her daughter, Princess Charlotte who wore a chocolate brown coat layered over a blue dress, a quiet nod to her mother’s long-favored Easter color, even as Kate Middleton departed from her signature shades this year.

This year marks the sixth time she has attended Easter Sunday celebration in the Windsor, and most of the times, Kate has favored the shade of blue. During the family’s last appearance in 2023, she wore a royal blue Catherine Walker & Co. coat dress, with a matching hat and clutch. She was absent in 2024 and 2025 while undergoing cancer treatment.

The dress was from Prada’s Spring/Summer 2026 collection, carried a structured, mod-inspired silhouette. It had a slightly boxy shape with visible seam detailing and front pocket elements. A white underlayer at the neckline and hem that gave the piece created volume. The appearance marked the launch of Rare Beauty’s “True to Myself” foundation.
Her makeup featured soft pink tones across the eyes, cheeks, and lips. Her hair was styled in an updo, with light face-framing strands. She completed the look with oversized white-gold hoop earrings and diamond rings from Effy Jewelry and finished off with white slingback heels.

Kendall Jenner was in Beverly Hills, California, in a business-casual look.
The model wore a navy button-up blazer from The Row’s 2025 collection. She paired the piece with straight-leg denim jeans. The blazer gave the look structured while the denim maintained a straight cut through the legs, completing the rest of the outfit.

Her shoes were black square-toe ballet flats, keeping the look minimal. For contrast, she carried a burgundy leather Chanel shoulder bag, which added a touch of color against the darker tones of her outfit. The outfit remained simple, the flats complement the jeans and blazer.
She wore black acetate sunglasses from Gucci, while her hair was worn down with a center-part, and her lips carried a rose-red tint. She also carried a leather-bound notebook from Louise Carmen in a burnt-orange tone.

The outfit follows Jenner’s usual understated approach. In addition to her minimal looks, she was seen recently in a baby blue sequined gown at the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscars Party and a tiger-striped Métiers d’art dress on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
