Winona Ryder in an A$AP Rocky Video, Not on Our 2026 Bingo Card
Winona Ryder appears in A$AP Rocky’s new music video for “Punk Rocky,” and if we weren’t expecting to see her there, that’s entirely the point.
Released as part of the rollout for Rocky’s forthcoming album Don’t Be Dumb, the video casts Ryder as a suburban neighbour, moving in and out of the frame as Rocky and his band occupy garages, streets, and chaotic in-between spaces. We first see her at home before she joins the scene more directly, at one point bringing cookies to the group.

Vogue draws attention to Ryder’s styling, which leans deliberately playful: a pink silk housecoat layered over a Beavis and Butt-Head T-shirt, worn with a pencil skirt, pink tights, and red gloves. It’s a look that sits comfortably within the video’s offbeat rhythm without pulling focus away from the larger visual.
Co-directed by A$AP Rocky, the video continues his interest in restless, punk-leaning imagery. Alongside Ryder, appearances from Danny Elfman, Thundercat, and A$AP Nast add to the crowded, slightly unhinged energy that runs through the clip.
“Punk Rocky” is one of the lead releases from Don’t Be Dumb, scheduled to be out on January 16, 2026. While the video leans into unpredictability, Ryder’s role remains brief and controlled just enough to catch our attention before slipping back into the noise.
It’s an unexpected pairing, but one that fits neatly into Rocky’s visual universe, and a rare music-video appearance from Ryder that feels intentionally low-key rather than performative.
