Less than a week after marrying in London, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner gathered friends and family in Palermo, Sicily, for the opening event of their three-day wedding celebration.
The couple arrived in the Sicilian capital on June 5 for a welcome party marking the start of a wedding weekend spread across multiple events. The celebrations follow their private civil ceremony at London’s Old Marylebone Town Hall on May 31, where they became husband and wife.

For the first evening of festivities, Lipa wore a custom Bottega Veneta halterneck gown. The white leather design featured the fashion house’s signature Intrecciato weave, an open back and a mermaid-style skirt finished with white ostrich feathers. She completed the look with a matching feathered clutch and gold Bulgari jewellery, including pieces from the Serpenti collection. Her brunette hair was worn loose, and her manicure was a sheer pink shade.
Turner wore a beige linen Jacquemus suit paired with a white shirt and black sunglasses.

The welcome party included book-themed décor and shelves of books displayed throughout the venue. Turner has previously shared that he and Lipa discovered they were reading the same book when they first got to know one another.
