Karol G, who performed at the event, arrived on the red carpet in a two-piece look featuring a sheer black top paired with a black bubble skirt. Designed by Natalia Fedner, the outfit had a cropped shape with ripped-style edges on the sleeves and hem. The top was layered over a triangle bralette and cut just under the bust, leaving her midsection exposed before the skirt began at the hips. She completed the look with dangling turquoise earrings, styled by Brett Alan Nelson.

Chrissy Teigen arrived in a floor-length beaded orange gown paired with gold heels. She wore her hair in a blunt bob with bangs. John Legend appeared alongside her in a tan trench coat layered over a white shirt and trousers.

Paula Abdul, who served as a presenter, appeared in a semi-sheer white gown with a plunging neckline, sculpted detailing, and ruched sleeves.
