Pete Davidson Praises Kim Kardashian’s Resilience: ‘She’s Superhuman

There is something quietly striking about an ex-partner who speaks openly and respectfully about someone they once dated, offering admiration without bitterness, irony, or restraint. Pete Davidson offered precisely that during a recent episode of his Netflix podcast, The Pete Davidson Show, delivering remarks that felt notably more grounded than the typical celebrity soundbite.

Sitting across from comedian Nikki Glaser, Davidson reflected on his nine-month relationship with Kim Kardashian with a level of perspective that feels shaped by time and distance rather than immediacy. “She’s superhuman,” he said. “I learned from her that no matter what’s going on, whatever’s in the news, you’re still you, and you can just still go do stuff.”

That is not a small observation, For nearly two decades, Kardashian has been scrutinized, dismissed, and frequently underestimated, yet she has continued to show up in her businesses, family life, and professional pursuits.

Davidson, who has dealt with mental health challenges and media scrutiny, appeared to recognise a sense of resilience in what he witnessed.

What surprised him most, though, was her acting. “Isn’t it crazy Kim’s good at acting?” he said, recalling the moment she casually announced she wanted to be an actress. “I was like, ‘F*** yeah’, and then she’s just good at it.”

Glaser, who is co-starring with Kardashian in the upcoming film “Fifth Wheel,” echoed the sentiment without hesitation. “She’s amazing. She’s so smart. She does anything she wants to do.” Glaser went further, noting the particular courage it took for Kardashian to step into acting knowing full well the audience was primed to watch her fail.

That scrutiny is real. Kardashian made her acting debut in American Horror Story: Delicate in 2023, drawing significant attention from critics and viewers. She later secured a lead role in Hulu’s All’s Fair in 2025.

Kardashian and Davidson parted ways in August 2022, both have moved on, Kardashian has also been linked to Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton. while Davidson welcomed a daughter with Elsie Hewitt in December 2025, though that relationship ended in May 2026.
