Kim Kardashian Trades Her Signature Lengths for a Pixie Cut

Kim Kardashian looked completely different at the Alaia Spring/Summer 2026 show at Paris Fashion Week with her new style that got everyone talking. Gone are the days where she would wear lengthy hairstyles. Recently, she spared her lengths for a bold pixie cut that transformed her presence. Her hair was short, black, and it was well arranged in a way that framed her face.

The cut was super stylish and it made her appear nothing different to the queen of pixie cut, her mother, Kris Jenner. And that’s not all. Kim hairstylist, was not left out on those that complimented it. Chris Appleton, called it the “Paris Pixie,” which truly suits the haircut.

At this point, we’re still not sure if she truly chopped her hair off or if it’s just a wig. One thing we do know Kim for is her frequent changes in her appearance, so it could turn out in any direction. Whether it’s authentic or artificial, the haircut had a strong effect. It was daring and unforseen, demonstrating that she’s unafraid to explore something entirely different.

Her outfit was not an exception. She wore a fitted black corset bodysuit paired with a transparent skirt that flowed to the floor, plus a leather jacket resting on her shoulders. It was bold yet sophisticated. It had this combination of tough mixed with elegance and it worked perfectly with her hair. The shorter style put more focus on her face and gave her fresh look that was greatly admired.

Kim has always been known for her lengthy and glamorous waves, so witnessing her cut it feels unusual. Whether she holds onto it or it’s merely a Paris affair, one fact remains; Kim understands how to spark conversation online. And who knows, maybe the Paris Pixie could start a new trend.
