Timothée Chalamet Shocks Fans with a New Shaved Look

Timothée Chalamet just debuted a brand-new look a clean, shaved cut revealed on October 7, 2025. The actor, known for his signature curls, showed off the transformation during a surprise Instagram Live, where he revealed his shaved head. He was also seen wearing a “Marty Supreme” hoodie, clearly tying the look to the movie.

Marty Supreme is a sports comedy-drama inspired by the life of ping-pong legend Marty Reisman. The film is already being hailed as one of Chalamet’s most daring projects yet, set for a December 25 release. The reveal came just a day after the movie’s New York Film Festival premiere, where fans noticed Chalamet keeping his head covered under a cap. In the clip, he finally took it off, unveiling the style.

Within hours, The news rapidly spread online, with fan pages and entertainment outlets. In the days leading up to the reveal, eagle-eyed fans had already noticed something different. On several occasions, he was spotted out wearing baseball caps, most recently a blue one and the back and sides of his head appeared noticeably tapered. Earlier in July, Chalamet was photographed during a day trip to Shellona Beach in Saint-Tropez, France, where his usually voluminous curls looked shorter and thinner, sparking early speculation about a possible cut.

The very next day, October 8, Chalamet was seen courtside at a Yankees playoff game with Kylie Jenner and this time, there was no hiding it. The cut was on full display, confirming the new look. The cut has everyone talking, but it’s likely all part of his preparation for Marty Supreme. It’s a new look for a new movie, and as expected, Chalamet did it with style.
